Suggest Tests To Diagnose Sexually Transmitted Diseases

My partner and I are thinking about having sex. We have both never have had sex. I ve had oral sex with my ex partner and we both had never had any sexual contact with anyone else. Am I at risk of getting a std? Should I be tested before doing any sexual acts with my new partner?

Thanks for asking at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand your concern.
You need to be tested for both HIV and Hepatitis B as these both are very dangerous and are not eradicating completely. If you are sure that your previous partner was not affected with these two conditions then you don't need to be screened for any disease.
Hope it helps best.
