Suggest Suitable Treatment For Fissures
as i am suffering from piles, fissures problems since one year. i am going on treatment ayurvedic and homeopathic. but still i am not getting result. please suggest any good medicine alopathic which is not having side effects and as i have got gastric and acidity problem.

I suggest you use anti haemorrhoids cream. I also recommend using daily fibre supplements.
Soak in warm water for 15 minutes for relief. If the symptoms continue you should visit a proctologist for further evaluation.
