hello, i can understand your concerns.
hairfall may be due to deficiencies of sevral essential nutrients also, so i would advice you to get your hb, serum ferretin and thyroid levels tested.
deficiency may cause hairloss - telogen effluvium or you may have female pattern hairloss or androgenic alopecia.
applocation of topical minoxidil and oral biotins once a day can be helpful.
