You need to see a doctor and get tested to find out why you have jaundice. No advise can be given about a diet plan until you know what is causing the jaundice. It could be due to hepatitis, hemolytic anemia, a gallbladder problem, cirrhosis of the liver, and a variety of other conditions. You need a thorough physical examination and blood tests and possibly imaging studies to figure out what this is. Some of these conditions can be life-threatening. Normal bilirubin is around 1. If your eyes are more yellow than they were at a level of 4.4, then your bilirubin level must be even higher now. This means an ongoing problem that needs to be diagnosed soon. Hope this helps.
