Suggest Specialist To Be Consulted For Weakness In The Hand

what kind of a doctor do i see for weakness in my right hand, discomfort in my middle finger palm knuckle? i m worried it could be tendinitis or carpel tunnel, or something else its just happened in the last 7-10 days. Please advise, thank you Megan (I m 43 and work on a computer at a desk all day)

Good day and thank you for posting this question. The specialist you will need to see is a neurologist. He is skilled in doing test and examination on you to find out what was wrong with you. The neurologist would be able to differentiate whether you have tendinitis or carpal tunnel.
