Suggest Some Medicine To Clear Throat

I have an almost constant feeling that I need to clear my throat . I am a professional singer, and this is very disturbing to me. This has been going on for many years (I am 69 years old.) I don t like to take pills. I would like an alternative medicine solution, if possible. I am really tired of living with this condition.

Thanks for writing in.
Feeling of clearing throat again and again is likely to be due to postnasal drip.
Other cause could be allergic if there is seasonal variation.
You can get your throat examined by ENT specialist to rule out same.
At the same you can continue salt water gargling and steam inhalation which helps to resolve the problem.

the best alternative medicine for your throat problem is ginger and honey.
juice of ginger mixed with honey 5-10 ml 3-4 times in day after cleanig your mouth
