Suggest Some Abortion Pills

Hy doctor I m 23 years old. I get marry last month I dnt want to get pregnant now. My last period date was 24 of march. I m getting some liquid from my breast so I consult a doctor she said it may be pregnancy nd she said to wait for the date. I wil wait till date then I will take your medicine so write some medicine for abortion. My height is 5'3 nd weight is 61.

Understand your concern
You should have to use gynecologist s prescribed abortion pill under the supervision. Do not use abortion pill at home without guidance because it cause erratic bleeding and chance of failure that require surgery and special attention. USG should be done before abortion to check intrauterine pregnancy. By procedure, mifepristone 600 mg orally is followed by misoprostol 400 ug vaginally/orally by gynecologist after 48 hour. If needed dose should be repeat after 4 hours.
Follow up require after 7 days.
Incomplete abortion should be check after 14 days by USG.
Post abortion addvice: Analgesic, rest for 48 hour, check for foul vaginal discharge and maintain pelvic hygiene to prevent infections
