Thanks for the question. Urine incontinence can be caused by urinary tract infection (UTI), overactive bladder, fistula (abnormal tract) between bladder and vagina (Vesicovaginal fistula), or ureterovaginal fistula (abnormal tract between ureter and vagina)

UTI can be caused by self catheterization or using urinary catheter for more 14 days.

Overactive bladder is caused by smooth muscle hypersensitivity of bladder.

Vesicovaginal fistula is an abnormal tract between bladder to vagina that happens because of infection or surgery complications (hysterectomy).

Ureterovaginal fistula can be caused by surgery complications such as hysterectomy.

I suggest you to visit doctor (urologist) to do examination such as urinalysis for UTI, or Intravenous pyelogram (IVP) for diagnosis these fistula.

May this answer helps you. I wish you get well soon. Regards.
