I have gone through your query carefully and understood your concerns. I am sorry to hear you have been having difficulties getting your blood sugar in the normal range now. I am very happy you are this conscientious because having a well controlled blood sugar is very important in preventing the onset of diabetic complications. In my opinion your sugar is not under control with diet and exercise. the sugar report of your is slightly bad. i suggest you to undergo test called Hba1c to know your average sugar. this increased in sugar level could be due to stomach infection also. i suggest you to meet doctor and take his advice.as well controled diabets is important to control infection Best Regards.
