Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It seems that pimple like lesion on your leg may be probsbly folliculitis. There may be infection of hair follicle leading to pustular lesion. And it looks like pimple. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis and treatment. You may take antibiotic like minocycline 50 mg twice a day for two weeks with antiinflammatory drugs. Apply antibiotic like nadifloxacine cream. You may feel better. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
