Suggest Side Effects Of Prednisolone & Suprax In Children

Hello, my 10 month old was prescribed Prednisolone and Suprax. It is now 2:38 a.m central Time and he is awake, laughing, talking, playing, hitting and screaming. Earlier when he was trying to go to sleep he woke up crying out the blue. I can t seem to get him back to sleep. Is this normal for this medicine?

Hello. I have gone through your question. These symptoms can be due to prednisolone. It can cause agitaion and mood swings in children. suprax is an antibiotic and its more common side effects are diarrhoea and frequent stools. I would suggest to stop prednisolone and get back to me for furher queries. Thanks and regards.
