Suggest Side Effects Of Losartan

I have been using metoprololsuccinaat 100mg for about 3 years.I have asked my doctor to replace it for another medicine because of constant tiredness.He prescribed losartan 50 mg.I am afraid for possible psycholoogical side effects.My blood pressure has been quite stable but \i wonder if there is any alternative.I have been using losartan for the last 2 weeks together with Amlodipine 5mg.My question is ,is my anxiety justified? I appreciate your concern for the safety profile of Losartan.

Losartan does not cause any psychological effects, it is one of the safest and effective drugs for the control of blood pressure in recent times.
The combination of Losartan and Amlodipine is justified for the control of BP.

However Losartan is known to cause the following side effects:
dizziness during the initial few weeks, may cause cough, and itching,
Amlodipine is known to cause ankle edema, constipation, palpitations.
