Suggest Safest Birth Control Pills To Prevent Pregnancy

I got married last 3years back with a baby of 2years, right now we have a plan for another baby after 3years. In these years we want to go for safe sex without condom. Please suggest any hygenic process to prevent pregnancy? If there is any medicine without any side effect and no to face any problem for the next child.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Since you are a mother of 2 years baby and want to plan a baby after 3 years. Thus , in women with normal menstrual cycles, a combination containing 0.03 mg or less of ethinyl estradiol with the minimum effective dose of a progestin 9 group A/B) is to be preferred.
I am not able to write the brand name of any contraceptive, but please visit a chemist shop and take the tablet as mentioned above ( salt in doses stipulated ).
Hope this is good for you.
Good luck.
