Hello,

It is nice to know that you want to detox yourself from all addictions. However, since you have been an addict since 15 years, your problem is chronic. You should have patience and be determined to successfully come out of your addictions. it will take some time. Do not stop taking the medicines or drugs all of a sudden but keep reducing the dose every week. Slowly when you reduce the dose, you will experience withdrawal symptoms and a craving for the addictions.

Be strong and keep some snacks with you that you should take as soon a s you feel the urgency to take anything to which you are addicted. When you have reduced the dosage to almost more than half you may start experiencing withdrawal symptoms like irritation, trouble sleeping, running nose, sweating, muscle aches, palpitations, anxiety or even panic attacks.

Your symptoms will have to be managed urgently so that you are able to detox successfully. To help you detox, there are many detox centers, you should take their help so that you can get medical support in the right time. Get connected to a detox center and a counselor for a better experience.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
