General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

First of all, she should take tablet mifepristone 600 mg and after a gap of 48 hrs, she should take tablet misoprostol 400 mcg.

She should take painkillers if she devlops severe abdominal pain. However, all these medicines should be taken under observation of a gynaecologist.

One should take these medicines only after 100% confirmation of intrauterine pregnancy through ultrasound.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sohil Takodara
