Suggest Safe Medication For Chronic Back Pain

I have chronic back pain and flexeril does not help the pain. I have no large intestine so prednisone and any other drug that is absorbed in the large intestine is not an option. What are your suggestions? I cannot take ibuprofen or aleve as they cause stomach pain.

You can apply Buprenorphine patch on the skin for opioid pain relief. Go for Physiotherapy back stretching and strengthening exercises.
