ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, thank you for posting your query on health care magic.
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

Looking at your information,if your giddiness is positional, means if it occurs only on changing the position of your head, then you may find relief by a set of head exercise called Epley's maneuver, which can be done under guidance of an ENT specialist doctor.

If the giddiness is not positional, then it would be advisable to do a set of exercises called Cawthorne Cooksey exercises by yourself daily for already one month.

Still if the giddiness continues, then it would be advisable to have a MRI examination of head.

Hope this answers your question.Take care.
