Suggest Remedy To Terminate Pregnancy

I am shipra, female 30 years old. I missed my periods for one week and carried out pregnancy confirmation test at home and the result is positive. As I do not wish to have a baby due to my family commitments, I request you to suggest medical abortion and prescribe necessary medicines. I am staying in a joint family and i do not want to share with my in-laws. They may not approve and may create family rift. Please help me.

Understand your concern
There is no such home remedies for abortion. You have to used gynecologist prescribed abortion pill after confirming intrauterine pregnancy of less than 69 daysby transvaginal/transabdominal USG. Do not use at home without guidance as it cause threatens complication that require emergency care. Mifepristone 600 mg followed by 400 ug misoprostol vaginally after 24 hour. 400 ug should be given after 4 hour if needed under supervision of gynecologist. Bleeding will induced after 30-40 minutes of using last pill and last for 4-6 days.
Post abortion advice: USG after 14 days, proper rest, meftal spas tablet, maintain hygiene. Consult gynecologist as your identity keep secret.
