My baby is 4 months & 9 days. He is suffering from loose motion which is yelloish in colour. What remedial measures to be taken.

give plenty of oral fluids and pedialyte and as long as there is no vomiting or fwvwe or lethargy, it's enough provided you are feeding your baby with your milk because mother's milk is the best.
