ok so i have this pimple type thing on my forehead it has no head and it grows the same size everytime after popping it when i squeeze the stuff out it comes out like a thin white string ive popped it several times but it always comes back and i dont know how to get rid of it or what it is
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have persistent pimple on forehead which is due to stress , oily skin and hormonal changes . When sebaceous gland duct gets block and entrapped dead skin and bacteria iside , they cause infection and pus formation . I would suggeat you to wash your face with cold water and face wash containing benzoyl peroxide twice daily , apply cream containing azelaic acid and exfoliate your skin twice a wekk to remove dead skin. Avoid oily and sharp food substances. Also apply vitamin E oil at night . If condition doesn't get better in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may prescribe antibiotic like Minocycline and steroid ointment .
