SIR I M 31 YR OLD I HAVE A BABY OF 3YRS AFTER MAMY'S BIRTH MY BELLY AND WAIST SIZE IS NOT IN SHAPE LOOK LIKE 5-6 MONTH PRAGNANT LADY I M A WORKING LADY SO I CANT DO THE EXCERSISES N ALL SO PLS IF U CAN TELL ME THE MEDICINE IN HOMEOPATHY FOR MY BELLY FAT OR WAIST SIZE.

Since you are a working lady and cannot follow exercise schedule thus:

1. Develop healthy eating habits

. Do not eat two large meals a day. It is advisable to eat a good breakfast, light lunch and dinner.
. Eat slowly, chewing each bite thoroughly. This gives a feeling of satiation.
. Use nonstick cookware for cooking with no or minimum amount of oil.

2. Since problem is with the belly/waist size occuring after delivery thus Post Natal Exercises should be incorporated since it is more important than controlling the tongue:
. Pelvic floor exercises
. Sideways Leg Raising
. Knee squeezes
. Bent knee leg raising
. Scissor kicks
. Bent knee sit ups.
