Calorie intake is never the culprit in increasing weight. It is the calorie output or the burning of calories which is important to reduce weight. A healthy weight loss plan consists of healthy diet, proper aerobic exercises and healthy lifestyle. Medications are useful in case when weight is so much that other complications start occuring. Stress and depression are two major factors which can cause increase in weight. Consult a PMR Physician for complete treatment
