Suggest Remedy To Prevent Hairfall

Hello doc. I have hairfall from the last 5 years I m a female aged 24. My hair never grew beyond my shoulder length . As it touches the shoulder hair fall is more . I had thyroid 4 years back n now everything is normal .my dermatologist recomended adgain capsules by cipla . I saw no results after using them for 3 months . wat do you Suggest me to use .

Hi.
As per your case history of hair fall, my treatment advice is -
1. Take good nutritious diet full of green leafy vegetables and milk.
2. Take an iron supplement and vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
3. Other treatment options are injectable vitamin b12 and mesotherapy done by a dermatologist.
