Suggest Remedy To Overcome Depression And Stop Self Harming

I try to starve myself, sometimes i can do it for 9 days and when i do eat i puke up all my food.I drink a lot of alcohol, alone and i drink up to 6 red bulls a day. I get really depressed and down and use self harm to feel better. I have driven off my friends because they all feel they have to look after me, and those who dont i have pushed away.i have tried to see lots of counsellors and psychiatrists but i get so anxious that nothing comes out and i never go back. i am 19 and i dont want this to be my life forever but I feel as if i deserve this.

You need medical help and therapies also. You should see a psychiatrist who certenly will recomand you an antidepressant. Also psychotherapy do a lot of good in this cases.
