Suggest Remedy To Lose Weight In Person With Prediabetes

suffer from Prediabetes. 78 kgs, 5.4 ft tall

I am a female of 28 years and came to know about my condition when 2 years back when I was going to get married and wanted to reduce weight and had joined gym for the same, after working out for 3-4 months. I saw no change in my weight; it was just stuck at one point. I joined aerobics to check if my body had gotten used to gymming and wasn’t responding cause of that. However, I got the same results.

I joined a weight loss clinic and saw changes in me but again the weight stopped at a particular point and they suggested me to take 2 tests: Insulin Fasting and Insulin pp since I had a family history of Diabetes.



My insulin fasting came to be higher than normal and I also had PCOD, my gynae sent me to an endocrinologist for medication. I took Metformin and Aldectone for 2 years but there was no response because I could not change my lifestyle due to work hours etc. and after marriage new responsibilites had come on my shoulders.



I stopped taking the above medication and started Ayurvedic medicine. I saw improvement in my period cycles and joined a gym recently.



Even after all this, I don’t see weight reduction, but yes a bit of toning has happened however, I believe it's a long way to go.

As you has prescribed your medical situation I think that more than general tips to help you lose weight you better go to a nutritionist as they can measure with a certain machine the percentage of your fat in arms, legs and truncus. They will give you a personalised diet and will follow you to make sure you lose only fat and not muscle. There is a conclusion from some studies that afternoon excercise helps in reducing insuline resistance and make a better use of glucose from muscles. Thank you. Best regards.
