Suggest Remedy To Lose Body Fat

what is the best way to lower the percentage of body fat? I already eat plenty of fish, chicken, vegetables, a vartiety of beans, plenty of yoghurt, etc. I also exercise 3 times a week at the gym with weights. However, although my weight is decreasing, my % of body fat does not seem to be going down. Any other suggestions?

I can understand your concern.


Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out.
Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.

It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day.

Let me share a fact . The areas where fat accumulates like belly , upper trunk; these are the areas where fat accumulates last but ironically these are the areas where the fat gets off last.

Please be patient. Stick to this routine. Get back to us after 6 months.
