yes. thank you. how do i increase the wbc count by consuming ayurvedic medicines or some foods / fruits etc?
I am 41 yrs, height 4.9 ft, weight 45 kgs. I have weak immune system since child hood. I always get lot of burps and many a times feel vommitting
and now my WBC count is showing around 3500. I need

Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. WBC count is dependent on nutrition.
2. Improve protein intake along with vitamins B12, A, E.
3. As the nutrition improves, so does the immune system. 3.5 thousand is on the lower side of normal, however, if there is no recurrent infection, not to worry.
4. Recurrent burps and nausea is usually due to inhalation of air during food digestion and gastritis. Take proton pump inhibitors to reduce gastritis, it should reduce the symptoms.
