Suggest Remedy To Get Rid Of Zits Around Ear Piercing

hello well over a year ago i got my ears peicerd im 12 and well the 7 first months i kept the earing on then i started to take them out to change the earing and i started growing these zits they are hard nd somtimes carry puss i try to get rid of them by using hot water and salt , they dont come off , vick it brings the swelling down nothing else . now the earing goes through ,the peicing is still open but i would like to get rid of these zits they're bother some , ugly , and hurt im sorta starting to think they're warts but im not sure i really need help if u could recomend anything to get rid of them that would really help ! :)

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

As per your complain small zits on ears after changing earrings can be due to allergic reaction to the metal used in earring in case if it is not made of gold or plastic..
In case if it is made of other metal rather than gold or plastic the other metals can react with water and air and the decomposition products lead to allergic reaction with the skin of the ear lobe leading to bumps formation..
I would suggest you to gently remove the earrings and clean the earlobes with antiseptic solution..
Apply antibiotic ointment over the earlobes..
Do it atleast twice a day..
Once the healing takes place wear earrings made of gold or plastic and avoid imitation jewellery..
