my blood report --- total protein= 7.4 ,, albumin =4.2 ,, globulin =3.2 ,, s.g.p.t. =78 ,, s.g.o.t. =61,, ... i am always taking normal foods ,, intakes 5 lts of water ,, also overweight ,, mucus in stool ,, feels pain in liver ,, habituated in some psychriatic medicine ..... how can i decrease s.g.p.t. and s.g.o.t. levels ..???plz help me sir ...( sabyasachi chatterjee,, 36 years old )

You may have some fattychanges in liver.
You should take low fat and high protein diet.
Avoid smoking and alcohol. Go for regular exercise. This will help you to decrease liver enzymes.
