Suggest Remedy To Cure Constipation

I have pain while excreting stool . Need to give high strain,But the excreta is not coming outside.. Its happening for the first time. i have little fear to go to the toilet .. Suffering from this from yesterday onwards...Its quiet strange ... Give me way to overcome this and to excrete smoothly...

Well come to HCM
This is just nothing to worry first thing you need to do is stop exerting the force because this wont work here, just relax and sit there for some time without exerting the force no matter if you does not pass the stool, drink more water and have fiber diet, no problem if you do not pass the stool for two to three days, take care.
