Suggest remedy for white patches in gum

Hi there I have just noticed a white patch on my gum at the base of one tooth. It's a bit sore but manageable. I haven't had any bleeding or other gum problems and had my teeth cleaned by a dentist two months ago. I mught have damaged the tissue with my electric toothbrush.

The ulcer could be due to tooth brush trauma , which will reduce on its own .

You can apply Mucogel on it two to three times for it to heal.
