General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hepatitis B leading to chronic Liver disease, suggests a life of moderation and limitations.Hep B predisposes to hepatic cancer, cirrhosis and bleeding disorders. Need some more info on the labs and cause of CLD to help u. The laziness and fatigue is a part of the disease complex. Advanced treatment options like liver transplant may be considered. It is salt restriction and NOT salt free. Does he have any fluid collection in the abdomen? do give him Potassium and Salt if he is on Diuretics. All in all the patient requires a proper follow-up with frequent labs and treatment changes
