Suggest Remedy For Watery Stool Discharge From Anus

Hi for about 2 weeks now it feels like im leaking from my anus.when ever i wipe there is either watery stools or faceses (sorry cant spell it properly) also twice now it seems that what i have eaten comes out in my stool.both times it was when i wiped please help what is wrong with me

Hi Dear!!Thanks for your query to HCM.
Read your query and understood your health concern.I feel concerned about your health issues.
Based on the facts of your query, You seem to suffer from-
IBS with Claust.Difficile Diarrhea.
History of 2 weeks suggests you had a bout of street food,which lead to this IBS -D.
Possibility of-IBD like Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis - needs to be ruled out by Second Opinion from GI Specialist / endoscopist.

Treatment-
Bland Diet
Plenty of fluids orally.
No hotel or /street food
Tab Bentyl 1 x 2 times a day
Cap Sporolac - a probiotic 2 times a day x 10 days time
Tab Metronidazole / tinidazole with Levofloxacin 500 x 2-4 times a day for 10 days time
Tab Zincovit 1 x 10 days time.
Yogurt with Butter Milk in plenty helpings, would relieve it for long remissions.
