Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history of feeling of throwing up at last couple of nights, the food almost comes up but not completely up and drinking water or other liquids it goes down. This is called GERD, meaning gastroesophageal reflux disease. I would advise you the following: Consult your Physician for clinical evaluation and examination. Discuss and start taking a PPI like Omeprazole. Antacid on empty stomach and A prokinetic like Domperidone to help avoid the night time feeling of throwing up. This will give you relief of the symptoms. If the problem persist, go for upper GI Endoscopy and other tests to confirm the diagnosis and get the treatment properly. Take small frequent meals so that the dinner is reduced in quantity.
