Suggest Remedy For Vestibular Neuritis
I am not able to hear from my right ear for more than a month. When diagonise the doctor said there is a viral infection in the vestibular nerve and he diagonised it as vestibular neuritis. I often fell dizzi, have problem in eye sight as well as balance. There is always a noise in my ear which increases and they reduces automatically.Please help me?

Vestibular neuritis presents as acute onset giddiness,nausea,vomiting.History of viral infection is usually present.Hearing loss is not a feature of vestibular neuritis,if it is there then alternate diagnosis like labrynthitis,meniere disease,CP angle tumors should be suspected.My advice is to consult an ent specialist ion your area for expert management.
