Suggest Remedy For Very Thin Wrist Bones In A Male

I am 25 year old male and my wrist bones are very thin some i feel shamed when wears half sleeves.i think its because i never take any calcium pills etc for my bones in my life.i am thin and my weight is 57 kg but my wrist n arms particularly very thin n easily noticed.what should i do doing gym will be helpful or not? Please help.

Hi,

Do weight training with 2 to 3 kg weight. Do wrist exercises. Take calcium and Vitamin D supplements. You can also take hormone supplements but under medical supervision.
