Suggest Remedy For Typhoid With Abdominal Pain

i m having typhoid since 1week vth a sever abdomen pain, ultrasound scan of abdomen is taken n d impression is MILD HEPATO MEGALY, MINIMAL INTER BOWEL FREE FLUID.In blood reports the neutrophils are 78% and the blood for total mamleria is negative. and at present der is no abdomen pain but fever is at the temperature of 100degrees n d temperature is raising n becoming normally

u need to be admitted in hospital for Iv injections and detailed investigations. if it's diagnosed tht u have u must have blood culture . go and admit doctor will start with injection ceftriaxone 2gm Iv twice a day for 5 to 7 days at least along with other symptomatic treatment. blood tests will be done as well
