Infectious Diseases Specialist, Dr. Arun's Response
Hello, I understand your concern. I am Dr. Arun Tank, infectious diseases specialist, answering your query.
Bleeding ulcer can cause very huge amount of blood. As in your case I suspect that there is loss of very huge amount of blood which causes dizziness.
I advice you to do haemoglobin testing. If you have severe loss of haemoglobin then blood transfusion us necessary.
Other wise oral iron therapy will be sufficient to maintain the health.
Please take the treatment three month plus till you get your haemoglobin to normal level.
I will be happy to answer your further concern, you can ask me on bit.ly/DrArun. Thank you. Dr Arun Tank Infectious diseases specialist.
