Suggest Remedy For Tingling Sensation At The Base Of Penis

Friction on one side of the penis during sexual intercourse produces a sore. Though it healed with with time I feel tingling where the sore used to be -the base of the penis. And it is now a circle, friction, sore healing,and tingling. Your advice will be appreciated Thanks Joseph.
