Suggest Remedy For Tight Rectum, Flat Stools, Strain To Pass Stools With Gassy Stomach

Hi my rectum feels tight and my stool is flat its been going on for bout 2 weeks I have to strain to when I take a bowel movement and when I pass gas its kinda of hard to get it out but im not bleeding or any thing it happen before about 4 years ago but I took a laxtive and I worked I tried it this time and it didnt work but I think its like this because it happen when I ate a big meal and I layed down right after I really need to know what I can do to stop it

As you describe, it appears to be some mechanical obstruction to the rectum, may be the growth, or a boil.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a proctoscopy for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have an excision, or incision for clearance.
