Hello,

It may be tonsilitis or adenoid hypertrophy or edematous mucosa. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it done indirect laryngoscopy or bronchoscopy.

Then we may come to know the problem. Do salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
