Suggest Remedy For Throat Infection
hi, I am suffering from a severe throat infection . As advised i took azithromicin 500 mg tablets ( 3 of them at a total). I was also suffering from cold at the same time and was advised to intake both dominique dca and azithromicin tablets at the same time. But i am not feeling relief yet and when i look into my throat in the mirror it looks red with the veins as red and a bit swollen as well. Sir can you please advise?

Azithromycin is not very effective in a bacterial sore throat so you could ask your doctor to change the antibiotic.
Meanwhile, you could try Disprin or warm saline gargles, avoid spicy and fried foods and also take an antacid like Gelusil MPS syrup.
