I am 29 years old .My testes biopsy report is-Atrophic testes.No evidence of spermatogenisis seen ,Negative for malignancy. Is there any treatment in india.Can I become a genetic father of a child.I have no credit card.I can send through cheque or vpl

HI.
Atrophic Testis with no evidence of spermatogenesis, No Cancer. If the biopsy report is for both testes - there is no chance of becoming genetic father. No treatment is available anywhere in the world including India. If this is the report of one testis , please go for another biopsy of the remaining testis.
