Suggest Remedy For Testicle Mycosis In Overweight Males

Hi I m a 30 yr old male. I have been having testicle mycosis for about 6 month have visited the dermatologist and they have given me the following Loxzital Mentol Lotion(Zinc Oxide & mentol),and Fungosin (Nitrate Miconazol ) medication: but still have intermitent ichiness, I now my overweight is a factor and i try to keep my self dry and clean underwears but it bothers to much.what should i do?

I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Scrotal Mycosis with Dermatitis.
Accompanied Seborrheic Dermatitis needs to be ruled out as a cause of its chronicity.
Diabetes and other systemic illnesses needs to be ruled out, with check up and Second opinion from
Remedy-
Keep the private skin dis-infected with dilute dettol/ Lysol -Sponging 2 times a day.
Being chronic scrotal mycosis-Oral Anti-fungal-Tab Diflucan-/ or Terbinafine 250 mgm x 2 times a day x 4-6 weeks would relieve your skin issue.
Soddening of skin with obesity needs to be controlled.
Addition of Steroid for some period would reduce the dermatitis accompanied with it.But rule out diabetes before it,if its not the cause in your case.
Could be useful in extreme cases.
