Suggest Remedy For Terminating Pregnancy
Hello doctor, am 24 yrs old. Am living with my partner. We are yet to get married by April. Before 2 months we went for an outing. Every month i will be having a periods before 20th. This month still i havent had my period till now. I tried home pregnency test, it came as positive. Could you pls tell me where to do abortion?

You should consult the gynecologist or registered local hospital for abortion.
Abortion should be done under observation after confirming intrauterine pregnancy of less than 63 days by USG scan. You should use use gynecologist prescribed abortion pill.
Mifepristone 600 mg should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally
(Should be put by gynecologist). Bleeding and cramps started with in 30-45 minutes of taking last pills suggests abortion process is started and will last for 3-4 days.
Follow up after 7 Days. At 14th day USG should be done to confirm incomplete abortion. Home use of abortion pill as self medication should be avoided as it cause serious complication and high risk of failure in which surgery is required to remove pregnancy.
