Suggest Remedy For Swollen Vagina

Hi doctor my vagina at swoll up when I woke up the clitoris and my lips were very big and red my mom told me to take a bath and put clotrimazole and betamethasone dipropionate cream and it made the swelling go down but it still feels irritated and when I wipe it feels like I'm irritating it after I use the bathroom and now it's looks like little red pilling skin on my clitoris its look like diaper rash to me also but it's only on my clitoris could it be diaper /friction rash ???

I understand your query.
Clitoris is a very delicate & vascular organ , slightest of friction, irritation can cause it swollen.
The swelling to clitoris can be caused by friction/ itching ( can be due to diaper, tight undergarment)/trauma, infection, allergy to cosmatics like soap/hair remover ( bacterial,fungal).Infection is characterised by excessive discharge ,itching, burning. It needs examination,investigations , specific treatment.
* You seem to have it due to local irritation only as you don't mention of excess discharge-
I would suggest
- continue cleaning, mopping dry gently with tissue paper & apply betamethasone & chlometrazole ointment. twice/thrice .
-Pain killer pill ( Ibuprofen) if needful.
- avoid source of friction, changing diapers frequently,using cotton ,comfortably fitting under garments.
- Consult gynecologist for repeated trouble/ white discharge -for oral medication as per need.
