Suggest Remedy For Swollen Tonsils And Swollen Lymph Nodes
I've been more tired then usual have swollen tonsils and swollen lymph nodes. I picked up a stray cat at my house and have received a few scratches from the cat at one point where I was scratched a couple of what looked like blisters came up but went away. I started to feel better but once again the symptoms have came back. My tonsils hurt so bad its hard to bent over and I wake up every morning with a bad headache and a pretty swore neck. What could this be? I was worried about cat scratch fever or mono but went to the doctor and the blood work came back negative for.mono
I have gone through your query regarding swollen tonsils and swollen lymph nodes.
As you have told in your clinical history it appears as you are having tonsillitis and cervical lymphadenitis. Since you had already being investigated for mono infection and fortunately report is negative. Now to confirm diagnosis and treatment you should do-
3- Blood- CBC, ESR, blood sugar (fasting and post parendial).
4- FNAC from neck glands.
With the help of inferences of above investigations and their clinical co-relation with examination findigs by your treating doctor correct diagnosis may be made and than accordingly that may be treated.
Regards.
