Suggest Remedy For Swollen Knee Cap
I fell on right knee on the road and theres some scratches from the pavement but the knee cap is swollen like a egg and painful it feels like the the knee is siezed up ???? I took advil for pain wich hs helped a bit and put ice on it ....iam a small framed person and not over wieght .

Get your X-ray done and visit the er department of nearby hospital. Use knee cap, take over the counter painkillers, apply ice pack.
