Hi,I am Dr. Andrew Rynne (Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a 71 year old woman with diabetes 2 and a heart condition. I have also had a thyroidectomy. I do not walk at all, and I have not been drinking water lately. My feet and ankles are swollen. I have already decided to start walking ( I am going to walk 1/2 mile tomorrow) and drinking water. Will that help or should I go to my doctor?
