General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thank you for asking us on HCM!

Even though your mother don't accept to see the doctor, I strongly recommend to go to ER and do the proper examinations as soon as possible. These symptoms you described are classic clinical symptoms of head trauma. Your mother should go under X-Ray examination or head CT-scaner to find out any possible fracture. If everything will result ok, then she can rest at home and take anti inflammatory drugs like Diclofenac twice daily for dhe edema and pain.

Take care and i wish you all the best!
Best regards!
Dr Eriol.
